Each pro team will have a minimum of four options for their manager. Many teams will have between 6-8 or more managers to choose from. Managers can appear on any team they managed in real life. Some managers managed for up to 6 different teams. There will be a few Negro League managers as well.

Managers are rated for how they affect aspects of their team's play via decision making. They are given limits for IBB's (intentional base on balls), MIP (maximum innings pitched), Hit and Runs, and Stolen Base points.
